B2Box App is a part of a complex SaaS product (Mob apps (customers) + web app (admin Dashboard)), which is designed for small and medium-sized businesses in the Delivery & Logistics industry
The product could be adapted for many industries, so we needed to create a structure that can be quickly customized for each B2B client.
Working on a mobile app from scratch is long and expensive. It is difficult and time-consuming for a business owner to control all processes, so we should to create flexible structure of product.

As a team, we consistently adhere to the design process steps, and one of our initial priorities is conducting UX research and competitor analysis. It is crucial for us to gather insights into the pain points and needs of users while also creating a comprehensive customer portrait. In this particular case, our goal for this product is to target the B2B market. By focusing on this market segment, we aim to cater to the specific requirements and preferences of businesses. We work collaboratively to develop a solution that optimizes the user experience and addresses the unique challenges within the B2B landscape. Our aim is to deliver a product that provides exceptional value and meets the demands of businesses operating in the B2B.
Once we analyzed the insights from the UX research, we, as a team, collectively focused on developing the User flow to establish the product architecture. This stage holds significant importance as it lays the foundation for a seamless user experience, ensuring that users can effortlessly navigate between various app functions and successfully achieve their goals. Our shared objective was to attain perfection in every aspect, ranging from the smooth and intuitive registration process to the visually appealing presentation of the app. We worked collaboratively, paying meticulous attention to detail, to create an exceptional user journey that leaves no room for confusion or obstacles. Our aim was to deliver a flawlessly designed app that exceeds user expectations and provides a delightful experience from start to finish.

Also delivery details could be customized depends the goal: Do we need just one-way delivery(restaurant for example: B-->C), or return delivery(laundry: C-->B-->C).
