DoorDine Courier App is a part of a complex SaaS B2B product (Mob apps (customers) + web app (admin Dashboard)+ courier Mobile app), which is created for small and medium-sized businesses in the restaurants&delivery industry. The app designed for convenient management of orders for couriers and interaction with the admin panel.
Given the versatility of our complex product across multiple industries, it was essential to develop a flexible structure that enables swift customization for each B2B client while also accommodating variations in the delivery process.

As a team, we consistently adhere to the design process steps. One of our primary steps involves conducting UX research and competitor analysis. This step is essential as it allows us to gather valuable information about the pain points and needs of users, enabling us to create a comprehensive customer portrait. In this case, our goal for this product is to target the Food Delivery market. By focusing on this market segment, we aim to cater to the specific demands and preferences of users within the food delivery industry. We work together to develop a solution that optimizes the user experience and addresses the unique challenges and requirements of this market.

The courier will see all orders that come to the restaurant from any location and will be able to accept them as soon as he has the opportunity to fulfill them.
When the courier is in a restaurant or cafe, he has to pass this information both to the restaurant so that it can place the order and to the customer so that the latter knows what stage the order is at.
When the courier arrives at the provided address, he has to notify the customer by pressing just one button, and the customer will understand that his order is here and can be picked up.
When the customer receives the order, the courier has to close it so that all the final data and statistics get to the restaurant and the courier can choose the next order.
It is also possible to view the history of orders fulfilled by the courier in order to better understand the statistics and other data necessary for delivery.
